Terms of Service

BeaverSave is a personal household budgeting, debt-tracking, and (in a planned future phase) automated debt-payoff tool. It is not a bank, a broker-dealer, an investment advisor, a tax preparer, or a financial advisor.

Today, BeaverSave shows you your own financial information and helps you organize it; you execute any actual payments in your own bank’s app. In a planned future phase, BeaverSave will offer optional automated transfers strictly between accounts you own (for example, scheduled round-up payments from your own checking account to your own credit card or loan) for your own household’s benefit. BeaverSave does not, and will not, move money on behalf of, or to, third parties.

By creating an account or using BeaverSave, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

BeaverSave is operated by Vocally Yours LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. “BeaverSave” is a registered Alternate Name (DBA) of Vocally Yours LLC. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vocally Yours LLC doing business as BeaverSave.

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use BeaverSave. By creating an account you confirm both.

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email — there is no password. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can read it can sign into your BeaverSave account.

BeaverSave is built around households. If you invite someone else to your household, they can see and edit the financial data you share with them inside BeaverSave. You can remove members at any time from Settings.

BeaverSave shows you your own financial information in one place: transactions, budgets, debts, goals, and progress. We help you make sense of that information. We do not give financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Nothing in the app is a recommendation that you take a specific action with your money.

Phase A (today): BeaverSave does not move money. If you decide to send a payment, transfer funds, or pay down a debt based on something you saw in the app, you execute that yourself in your own bank’s app or website.

Phase B (planned): BeaverSave will offer optional automated ACH transfers strictly between accounts you own (for example, scheduled round-up payments from your own checking account to your own credit card or loan) for the benefit of your own household. Transfers will execute through a regulated third-party transfer rail (such as Plaid Transfer or comparable). You will be asked to authorize each rule explicitly. BeaverSave does not, and will not, move money on behalf of, or to, third parties, and is not a money transmitter.

BeaverSave plans to integrate Plaid to let you securely connect bank, credit card, and loan accounts for read-only data access. As of the effective date above, this integration is not yet live.

When the integration is live, by authorizing Plaid through BeaverSave you agree to Plaid’s End User Privacy Policy. BeaverSave receives read-only access only — we do not get your banking credentials and we do not have the ability to move funds on your behalf.

You agree to use BeaverSave only:

• For your own household’s personal finances.
• In compliance with applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use BeaverSave to track other people’s finances without their consent.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to break the service.
• Resell access to the service or use it on behalf of others as a business.
• Upload malicious or unlawful content.

The data you enter into BeaverSave is yours. You can edit it, export it (when export becomes available), or delete it. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We work hard to keep BeaverSave running, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service or that the app will be free of bugs. We may need to take the service offline for maintenance. We’ll communicate planned downtime when we can.

We recommend keeping a periodic export of your own data once export is available, especially before any major bill cycle or tax deadline.

BeaverSave displays your information and offers tools (such as budgets, debt projections, and goal trackers) that you may find helpful. These tools are informational. They are not investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to take any specific action. Decisions you make about your money are yours. Consult a qualified professional before any significant financial decision.

The BeaverSave name, logo, design, software, and content are owned by Vocally Yours LLC. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for personal use.

You can stop using BeaverSave at any time. To delete your account, go to Settings → Delete account (immediate, in-app). If you can’t reach the app, email privacy@beaversave.app and we’ll process the deletion within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security or legal risk to the service or other users. Where the suspension or termination isn’t the result of a clear violation, we’ll explain why and (where possible) give you a chance to fix the issue first.

BeaverSave is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocally Yours LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information shown is accurate or current. Bank and credit card data flows from third-party data providers; we depend on them and cannot guarantee their accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocally Yours LLC and its members, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to BeaverSave will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) US$100.

You agree to defend and indemnify Vocally Yours LLC against any claim arising from your misuse of the service or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top and post the new version at this URL. For material changes, we’ll notify active users by email when possible, and the BeaverSave app will surface a soft re-acceptance prompt on next sign-in so your acceptance of the updated version is on record.

Each time you accept these terms (or our Privacy Policy), we record a timestamped row containing the version you accepted, your account identifier, the IP address the acceptance came from, and the browser’s user-agent string. You can review your own acceptance history at /legal. This audit trail is kept indefinitely for as long as your account exists, and is deleted with your account on deletion (except where retention is required by law).
